I had an overall great stay at ITC Kakatiya, but there were a few hiccups. The ambiance was impressive, and the staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful, especially Archana and Anshul. However, I was a bit disappointed with the consistency of breakfast options and encountered issues with mosquito presence. Still, the dining was good, particularly the seafood risotto I tried for dinner.
